Our RAP services seek to build and, encourage relationships with Indigenous people that:

  • develop and enhance natural supply diversity through engagements with Indigenous businesses
  • develop and implement employee diversity through setting Indigenous employment targets
  • build a more dynamic and diverse workforce through professional development practices to enable a greater cultural awareness among employees

We can assist at each stage of the RAP process to:

  • development and update RAPs
  • advise on maximising effectiveness and accelerating results
  • assist in executing RAPs
